Why do you take payment in advance?
Once a client is on board we aim to continue to provide them with updates, additional help; throughout their career.
We believe that chasing client's for payments jeopardises the relationship.
How do I pay?
We accept payment by cheque and all major credit and debit cards. On-line transactions are securely processed via Pay Pal and we offer an Express Checkout enabling you to place an order securely with the minimum of clicks.
When do I pay?
In common with other CV writing consultancies, we ask for payment at the time of ordering. We offer full satisfaction guarantees.

Do I need to fill out an application form?
No, if you have a CV that covers all the questions in our application form then send us that instead. We do however, encourage the completion of our comprehensive on-line Career Questionnaire following payment, ensuring we have as much information as possible to create your personally tailored CV and/or Cover letter.
What happens after I submit my order?
Once we receive your order it will be allocated to a member of our team. A draft of your CV is prepared and sent via email for your approval.
Prior to this, we may contact you to discuss any points we are unable to obtain from your application and to build up on any weaker areas, ensuring we get it absolutely right.
How long does the service take?
We aim to have a draft order sent to you within 72 hours of order receipt. Do let us know if you require this sooner.
Do you keep my CV in case I want to make changes later?
Yes, we securely keep this information indefinitely to enable clients to come back for updates. However, we do not store your personal financial details, we have no access to these during any stage of the ordering process.
